Very nice interior, cosy, icelandic and modern at the same time. Room equiped with everything you need. Very comfy beds. Warm room which is good after returning from day trips in a cold and windy weather! Location very good. Tasty breakfast.

I love this hotel. The beds are actual king beds without the European dividers in the middle. Shared blankets as well instead of the individual duvet for each person. The beds were sooooooooooooooo comfortable. Having the little cafe downstairs to pick up snacks or coffee to go was incredibly convenient as well. Great location! It was very easy to see what we wanted to staying right downtwon.

The room was spacious and stylish with every facility we would need. The location was a golden one, right next to the Rainbow Street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort! The breakfast was very good; the location was good; our room was very comfortable, clean and lovely! The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and taxi assistance too. The front desk has lovely people!

Gosh, I don't know where to start. First, the staff was super cool and polite - and helpful. When we got to our room, I immediately noticed how clean and warm everything was. I think what struck me the most, coming in from a rainy journey from Keflavik, was the shower. The entire bathroom was awesome but, man, that shower was incredible. I could've spent the entire trip in there. The entire place was super clean and the location was insane. Walking to most places downtown and TONS to do and eat... and drink. Immediate access to shopping and bucket-list-crossing-off walks. Bus station 6 will be your friend for lagoons and other fun excursions. Breakfast was awesome, too. The common areas were perfect to get caught up on a smidge of work and take some phone calls away from my friend I was travelling with. Seriously, I will 100% stay here again.

Everything from the moment I walked into this property was perfect. The front desk staff was friendly. The lobby smelled amazing. The location of the hotel was very close to a bus stop so it was easy to access after coming in from the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The bathroom tiles were heated! The breakfast was delicious and abundant with options. Every staff person I encountered in the hotel was kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I would not change one thing about the experience.

The bed was very comfortable and the location is PERFECT. A short walk to anywhere you'd want to be in the downtown area. The breakfast is such a great value, the food is incredible!

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, the room was spotless and the bathroom looked like we were the first to use it. The staff are all friendly, professional and approachable. The hotel is in a great location near to everything, and the design is sleek but comfortable with everything you could need. We would like to visit Iceland again in the summer and will definitely stay at Canopy again.
